Rental Application Process
A complete application is required for each adult that will occupy the residence. Married couples must apply separately. Each spouse must submit a complete application and pay an application fee of $45.
For each prospective tenant, we verify the following:
- Credit
- Criminal Background
- Income and Employment
- Rental History
Apply for one of our Rental Properties:
- Request a showing for a property
- Present a valid driver's license or picture ID
- Present a social security card
- Present two most recent pay stubs or provide employment verification letter from current employer.
- Pay an application fee of $45.00 for each adult over the age of 18 who will occupy the property. The application fee may be paid online or by check payable to "TKS Realty" The application fee is non-refundable. We cannot process your application until we receive the application fee. Application fees paid with personal checks will not be processed until it is verified the check clears.
Applications will not be accepted without an on-site visit.
No property will be removed from the market until an application is approved.
